Overview
AirSerbia, the national air carrier of the Serbia, and part of the Etihad Airways family, is one of the world's oldest airlines that transports 2.7 million passengers annually. The AirSerbia Mobile App presented an opportunity to reimagine the airline's digital presence and elevate the travel experience for its passengers. The goal was to create a user-centric app that would simplify travel processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Our main objective was to improve the conversion rate on the mobile app by seamlessly integrating with AirSerbia's systems and leveraging the accessibility of mobile technology to bring convenience, efficiency, and personalized experiences to the travelers. Thanks to extensive user data and analytics, we were able to gain full comprehension of user segments and personas, and to challenge our final design concepts through usability testing.
